Start a Raiding Party in World of Warcraft

World of Warcraft has players all over the globe. It is the fastest growing MMORPG's (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) in the world today.

There are a few ways to get friends interested in playing the game with you. If you use the right strategies you can keep the game interesting and keep teammates involved and motivated. Family members may also be interested in being a part of World of Warcraft.

Schedule a certain time to meet and play every day, this also may be of benefit to you as it will help to tell the difference between play time and non-play time. It is important to keep the two separate.

If you are blessed with a newbie then a certain time to meet and teach the game is a must. If you are fortunate enough to have 2 computers set them up side by side, do it; otherwise take one turn at a time. Educate them about the flow and rules of the game.

Teamwork is the best way to get other players to join your party, as the word spreads your group will grow very fast. As the party gets larger it will be more effective and be able to take on larger quests.

Put the word out on forums and blogs where you can write about your experiences, both positive and negative. Mention a few things you like about the game and a few things you would like to see changed.

After you start a group in the game you can host tournaments once a month or so to interest people in joining your group. There are starting trial periods offered to see if people enjoy the game.

Once you start a party in World of Warcraft and put the word out it will grow very fast if you are sincere about playing the game. Playing World of Warcraft everyday is an excellent way to start leadership skills.

World of Warcraft Cataclysm's New Dungeons and Raids

When World of Warcraft Cataclysm goes live in 2010, likely near the end of the year to cash in on the Holiday season, there will be a slew of new content, ranging from the complete revamp of the early game content for anyone who wants to level an alt (or a new Goblin or Worgen character), but also in the form of new and revamped Level 80+ dungeons and raids.

These new dungeons are going to be opened in the 7 different new zones that are being attached to Azeroth when the Cataclysm tears the old continent apart. What is going to be most interesting is the advent of new content in old dungeons. We've already seen this a few times now, with Naxxramas and the soon to be released Onyxia revamp.

However, this will be the first time we see normal 5 man dungeons revamped at the level cap for Heroic runs with The Deadmines and Shadowfang Keep. While it remains to be seen whether or not new instances will be added anywhere else in the game, you can rest assured that there is currently a game wide rush on to get new players as high in level as possible so that when the new content hits, they can reach the end of the new content faster than anyone else.

All the New Cataclysm Dungeons

The new Cataclysm dungeons will include the following locations, including the two heroic revamps of classic content:

Grim Batol: Level 85.
Skywall: Level 80-82.
Abyssal Maw: Two Instances - Level 80-83 and Level 82-84.
Deepholm: Level 80-83.
Uldum: Two Instances - Level 83-84 and Level 85
Blackrock Caverns - Level 85 Instance (new wing in Blackfathom Depths)
Shadowfang Keep - Level 85 Heroic Revamp
The Deadmines - Level 85 Heroic Revamp

The New Cataclysm Raids

The big question on everyone's mind though is not about the 5 man dungeons - while everyone enjoys the lower level content, many people are done with it in a few weeks. What people really want to know about is what new raids will be added at Level 85. Already, Blizzard has said they will be offering more raiding options than ever before in an expansion. This means we'll get at least 5 raids - but will they be short and sweet like The Obsidian Sanctum, or will they be epic in size like Naxxramas (even if it was a revamp).

This is the big question and probably one that will ultimately help decide how long we have to wait until the new content hits the servers.

Secrets of WoW PvP - Warlock Basics

Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of your own character is the most basic secret of success in WoW PvP combat. Now don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that's all you need to know, or even close to it. But if you don't really understand your own character's basic Player versus Player strengths and weaknesses, nothing else will matter much. So let's look at the PvP strengths and weaknesses of a Warlock.

Warlock PvP Strengths

I can tell you from personal experience that Warlocks can be a nightmare to go against in PvP. Your character's greatest strengths are your DoT (Damage over Time) spells, and your ability to kite your enemies. In plain English, your character's strength is the way they can cast spells that do damage over time on an opponent, then Fear the victim so they run around out of control as they die.

A second major strength of your Warlock is the Felhunter. Target this pet at an enemy caster and you'll make his life miserable.

Warlock PvP Weaknesses

Fortunately for your opponents, your Warlock does also have weaknesses in Player versus Player combat. Some classes (Mages, for example) can break your Fear spells and counter your DoT spells. Against these pests, you'll need to have some direct damage types of spells. You're also going to need more mana against these, so a spell like Life Tap will be crucial to keep your from running out. If you run out of mana, you're dead.

That covers the basic PvP Strengths and Weaknesses of your Warlock. But there's much more to learn if you really want to rule PvP. A top-notch PvP guide can give you far more information, including specific instructions for dealing with foes that can counter your primary attacks.

Secrets of WoW PvP - Mage Basics

Understanding your Mage's player versus player strengths and weaknesses is the most basic secret of success in WoW PvP combat. Really understanding this lays the foundation for all the more sophisticated strategies and clever tricks you may want to employ later. Without that firm foundaiton of understanding, you'll only be able to go so far. You'll never reach the top. So let's look at the PvP strengths and weaknesses of your Mage.

Mage PvP Strengths

Your Mage's biggest strength is the ability to hit your enemies with massive attacks from a distance. Your potent attacks and huge stock of mana mean you can fry any opponent that stands still long enough. Any smart opponent will try to prevent that happening. But your Mage's freezes and stuns let you immobilize unlucky targets long enough to really unload on them. If you do it right you can take out most foes in seconds.

Mage PvP Weaknesses

Unfortunately for you, your Warlock also has a major weakness in Player versus Player combat. Physically, you're a wimp. A wimp with virtually no armor and no ability to heal yourself. Let an enemy get close to you with blade or claws and your lifespan will be counted in seconds. You have almost no ability to survive a physical attack, nor any way to recover from one if by some miracle you survive it. Spells from the Frost branch of your talent tree can offer some protection, but even under ideal circumstances, your Mage will always be extremely vulnerable to melee fighters.

That covers the basic PvP Strengths and Weaknesses of your Mage. But there's much more to learn if you really want to rule PvP. A top-notch PvP guide can give you far more information, including specific instructions for dealing with foes that can counter your primary attacks.

WoW PvP Guide to Warsong Gulch

One of the funniest things to do in World of Warcraft is PvP. WoW PvP can also be really frustrating. The slightest bit of lag can mean the difference between killing your enemy or a trip to the graveyard.

At level 10 your character can enter the first WoW PvP battleground which is called Warsong Gulch. You will be placed with players from different realms levels 19 and lower. If you decide to venture into the level 10 - 19 battle ground keep in mind that players love to twink (gear up) their characters at these low levels so you will most likely be up against some serious competition. You should also keep in mind that players on your team will want to win so if you go in at level 10 with your 175 hit points be prepared to get yelled at.

Warsong Rules:

The objective of the warsong gulch battle ground is to capture the enemies flag 3 times before they capture yours. There are a few rules you should know:

You cannot capture the enemy flag if your flag is not at the base. If you are the flag carrier you will just have to hide somewhere and wait until your team kills their flag carrier and returns the flag to your base. Or you get ganked by 2 rogues which ever comes first. One rogue you may have a chance but 2 twink rogues and you might as well go get a sand which because your heading to the graveyard.

PvP Is a Team Effort

It's not always easy to get players to cooperate in this WoW PvP battleground , there are many noob players who will simply run around doing nothing but getting killed. Then there are the players who just keep jumping down from the graveyard into a pack of the opposing faction - and some don't learn they just keep repeating the process and never go around a different way making them completely useless.

Even if you are the best geared player in the game you cannot win this WoW PvP battleground unless your team cooperates. WoW PvP is a lot of fun when you get a great team that works together to slaughter the opposing faction but also be prepared to get slaughtered when your team totally sucks.

Secrets of WoW PvP - Macros

Whether in the real world or in World of Warcraft, speed and precision of action are the secrets to winning in hand to hand (or Player versus Player) combat. Every fraction of a second counts, and if you make a mistake, it could be all over. Let's face it, swinging a little piece of plastic madly across your desk is not the fastest or most precise way to get things done. This is where macros come into the picture for gamers.

So what is a macro? In WoW, a macro is a set of commands that correspond to commands you could give with the mouse and keyboard. A command in a macro might look like this:

/cast Faerie Fire

Not surprisingly, this is a command to cast the Faerie Fire spell. A macro consists of one or more commands that are grouped together and attached to a button on one of the toolbars. When you click on the button, the macro runs, and executes all the commands.

Although there are some gotchas and details to look out for, a macro can execute most of the commands and actions you would normally do using the mouse and the keyboard. This ability to execute a long string of commands quickly and precisely when you click a single button is what makes macros so important for PvP combat.

Until you've done some, you have no idea how intense player versus player action can get. If you're a fraction too slow with the mouse, or accidentally click the wrong button, you're probably dead before you know what happened to you. The ability to execute a full attack sequence, or perform some other complex set of actions with a single mouse click can make all the difference in a tough battle.

Wow Pvp Paladin Leveling Guide

Paladins are different from other classes in that they own various leveling builds. Each of that functions independently and interchangeably. The decisive factor of how much they affect lies in your ability.

If you want to gain XP, you can grind, quest, PvP, and play dungeons, or use any collaboration of the above. Retribution will help you fight your way smoothly, and Holy and Protection do you good in dungeons.

To make yourself level as a pure care bear Holy Pally, you will find Quest and Grind disappoint you. But you can do dungeons and group PvP. That will make you a star in all groups.

Holy Paladin Leveling
Damage output is not what Holy Paladins are good at. But you can do well in protecting their partners. It is dull for you to quest because you cannot move fast until when your member is a Warrior. To level up quickly, you can do more dungeons or battlegrounds queues, making sure your group members are alive.

Protection Paladin Leveling
This build aims to achieve the integration of AoE tanking capabilities and stacking damage buffs. The ultimate destination is to gradually diminish surrounding monsters. Protection talent tree offers many items, like Blessing of Sanctuary, Holy Shield, Retribution Aura, and Consecration. We can advantage from them great amount of AoE capabilities. The unison of the above matters would beat groups of 5, 10, and even 20+.

Retribution Paladin Leveling
Contrary to Protection, Retribution Paladins are better for questing. You are good at individual fighting, whereas Protection can handle ten mobs that you have no desire for. And you also benefit from your heavy armor, heal and Word of Glory.

Different builds require different fighting skills. Gear is the fundamental factor of victory. The better gear you have for your Paladin, the better result you will achieve in WoW, PvP. You can see more information on Paladin gear by visiting /wow/pvp/paladin.htm

Best World Of Warcraft Guide

Everybody who has leveled at least one toon in World of Warcraft knows how frustrating and a big nuisance it is to continue leveling more toons because all of the excitement is gone. By now, most people are looking for something to make their leveling process a lot easier. Most people are looking for the Best World of Warcraft Guide to use to level with.
There is a guide that actually is the Best World of Warcraft Guide and it does make 1 to 85 leveling a ton easier for World of Warcraft players. It is called Zygor. What it does it gives you the shortest paths to follow, the best quests to go after, ways to double your questing efforts in the shortest amount of time possible and best of all they offer some kick butt software to make leveling a true breeze.
Lets face it the whole point in getting the Best World of Warcraft Guide to level with is to make things faster, easier, and simply put get your toon to 85 ASAP so you can begin enjoying all the heroics, arenas, battlegrounds, instances, and dailies that level 85 has to offer.
Whatever you do, and I can't enforce this enough is DO NOT go out and purchase an account with 85s already on it. If you do this blizzard will crack down so hard on you if they get whiff of this at all and check where you are logging on to your accounts from (IP address) and freeze any of them you have used to access them on from that same IP address point.
Same goes for purchasing a power leveling b.o.t or pay a person to come on and do the leveling for you. If you read your end user agreement you will see what I mean how hard blizzard frowns upon the whole 3rd party leveling your toon or software process and how fast they will take down your accounts!
There is no way around leveling, it apart of the game but at least there are safe and simple alternatives so you can not get band and using the Best World of Warcraft Guide Zygor has to offer is definitely one of them.
